O’Briens LTD HGV Car Park Installation

8,000 m² Full Construction

Our Client needed a solution to rehouse 50+ articulated wagons from their current concrete area to another part of the site within days. The client chose to dig out the area and backfill with sub-base.

To help guide the falls on site, JEM offered to lay the final layer of stone through an 1803 Vogele Asphalt Paver to create a steady cross-fall over the course of 6000m2. In 4 days, JEM Road Construction had laid 1780 tonnes of tarmac, ready for the wagon rehousing.

Full Road Tarmac Surfacing

In 2025, JEM Road Construction have completed a number of projects for major house builders, including the following:-

One of the big challenges faced by the major house builders is getting their sites adopted by the local authority, so many companies have turned to JEM to help achieve this – often after other contractors had previously let them down.

JEM’s attention to detail and “right first time” approach has proven to be invaluable as we have became the road surfacing contractor of choice to several builders.
