Bellway Industrial Estate – Newcastle
JEM Road construction Recently completed some minor patch and reinstatement works at bellway industrial estate in Newcastle on behalf of Woodside property services.
A total of approximately 200m2 of patches that had to be prepped by planning out the areas around the potholes and broken surfaces and any manholes/tobies were lifted and re-set into position.
We then laid the tarmac to a depth of 40mm around the services and planed patches. We sealed all the joints with hot Bitumen.
These works lasted 2 days.
